Sullivan Finley, aka the "Specter" or "Inquisitor", formerly teaching Battlefield Strategy in Alsius until he received an invitation to Beacon, to continue his education of becoming a proper teacher for multiple subjects.

Formerly a high-ranking member of the Special Mission unit, while being a Specialist T, in charge for teaching and instructor, Sullivan has retired officially from the military, but secretively joins certain operations.

Sullivan was also the interrogator called in, if certain information had to be retrieved at any costs. He is the bad cop.

The very bad cop.

He studied enough psychology to understand psychological torture, knowing where to strike to inflict the most pain.

He's known for several interrogations and the average criminal spills the beans before he can lay his hands on them. Many, many convicts who were interrogated by him didn't only have their limbs broken, Sullivan seemed to have used questionable forms of intimidations, from which even the iron-willed have been reduced to shadows of their former selves.

The depiction and slightly redesign was done by and to be honest, my expectations were met and then some. Thank you so very much!
