The more awesome and badass people try to make Silver look, it immediately gets ruined and becomes hilarious when the phrase "It's no use!" is added. This is probably one of the closes that still makes Silver look like a badasswith those words, but it's still funny. This is an amazing drawing though.

well, if you you remember why he says it's no use... it's because he's caught the player mid attack. he's saying there's no use in fighting back or resisting, he's going to kill you. he's taunting and sneering at his enemy while he prepares to launch them into the wall.
the meme is retarded and suggests he says it because he's giving up. rouge is the one who says it like that, not silver.
or it's like, you're supposed to laugh because haha he said the thing!!! but that's not even funny either i think, that's more like peer pressure than anything resembling a joke in my opinion

I don't think its the fact he's given up that makes it funny to people because the way he says it doesn't imply that at all. It would sound sadder if he had given up in my mind. Though the way he says the line makes it memorable and what people remember him saying the most.
