Well, Silver can control objects by the power of his mind. That means that he can move every matter he want. Β So, he can have hidrokinesis too. A thing Silver is not available to unlock this powers but in a short or long period of time he can do this kind of things. Isn't it? Well, a think is just a Headcanon that i just invented :Y
