# Fighting style: Anzu is undisciplined, but effective. Her sword skills are pretty tasty, but she's got little formal technique. Not having much in the way of brute force Anzu opts for dirty tricks, kicking sand in an enemies face, cutting into the legs to hamper movement, even spitting spirits into their faces and despite her size she's a very experienced grappler. When it comes to an opponent that vastly outranks her she's more likely to cut and run. She doesn't count running away as losing.

She works well with others, responding to her partners fighting style and covering their weaknesses. Team matches are her preference, but she's been accepting more one on one matches since her defeat against Aundre.

She's deeply superstitious but the 'omens' she sees have more to do with her temper than anything. She's a sucker for having her fortune read and always carries a small charm for luck.

She's very fond of a brew! Anzu will drink with just about anyone. Wine cancels all animosity, it cures all ills and enemies become friends! After a few drinks all of her grumpiness disappears along with most of her modesty. Unfortunately, both come back with a vengeance the morning after.

She loves trinkets, clothing and exotic fabrics and styles. At home she took particular pride in being stylish, but since leaving her wardrobe has suffered and it cuts her to the bone. (She's determined to make Issac her new best friend as he is an experienced taylor)

#Peeves: Anzu hates losing almost more than anything in the world. Anything except for cats (which give her the sniffles and are kind of sneaky looking) Since losing to Aundre 7 months ago she's been training almost obsessively in order to beat her in a re-match.

History: Anzu grew up on boats, learning to fight, pirate and trade. Her Father was a Wakou, a farmer recruited by the Daimyo to pirate along the coast of China and Korea. He met her mother, Yasmeen, on a raid and the two fell swiftly in love and married. They made their home in the Ryukyu islands where Yasmeen became a baby-maker.

Anzu is one of seven children with 2 sisters and 4 brothers all of whom partake in the family trade, though she had a good deal more of a taste for traveling and adventure than any of her siblings. Unfortunately, adventuring isn't a womans duty, getting married IS. Lacking the mild manners of her sisters she's the last to secure herself a husband. That her 15 year old little sis has already bagged a man adds particular sting.

Despairing, her parents set up an arranged marriage. As soon as she caught wind of it Anzu took to the hills as if in fear of her life and has since lived thoroughly irresponsibly.

She's been trading goods in order to support herself. She briefly got herself a job with the Emerald Mirage, playing at being a bodyguard and designing weaponry, but her feet got itchy after a year or so and she's recently joined the OCBZ for the travel and battle opportunities.
