Numbuh 10 has been enjoying the last couple of months of her life. Being known as "The prettiest girl in the Kids Next Door" without looking like a giant hot air balloon. She could eat small meals again and not clear at a restaurant. And now she was the face of the Roly-Poly Vaccine which has been spread to other girls around the world. To her, all was right with the world. Suddenly, she had a bubbly feeling in her gut. She passed it off as just gas but than suddenly her stomach instead to inflate. She was fearing the worse possible outcome, but she know vaccines don't fail, right? So she head on over to the KND Hospital right away. By the time she arrive to the facility he was already the size of the whole facility leading the nurse to believe she contacted the Roly-Poly Virus again but Numbuh 10 doesn't believe this as she think she's completely immune from the virus when, in fact, it mutated and now the Roly-Poly Virus is growing out of control in Numbuh 10's body and if something's not done she'll explode.
