This is a portrait I did a very long time ago of Louis, it used to be much bigger, and this was just a preview, but my computer died before I had the chance to finish it. Enjoy his face.

I read this series damn near religiously when I was in high school. You have embodied the very essence of Louis, and I squee and wiggle jes' looking at him.
I love the touch of thin veins visible in his face. Such an amazing piece of art.

It would be great if we could give these vampires more love but Anne Rice went on a rampage against fan artists. In fact, anything by her is one of the few fandoms not allowed on fanfiction.net because of her sh*t fit. It's really sad that she would be so destructive against her own fandom. I guess losing a child really went to her head cause she says her characters are her "children" and she doesn't want anyone else having them. I think she needs to grow up, really. Your artwork here is great by the way. I like how he's not Brad Pitified. =0)

I know, she doesn't seem to mind fan art QUITE as much as she minds fanfiction but she still dislikes it. I know she's had trouble with her Lestat muse in the past and I think her possession of them does indeed stem from losing her daughter. The way I see it, fan art is not illegal, and I don't have any obligation to Anne Rice, only an obligation to those characters whom I love.
