After Effects:

Tron: Legacy!Sora, my fourth design for the KH/Legacy line. (the second was Vanitas, which hasn't been made yet, and the third was Riku, both for )

The costume consists of:

- Black long-sleeved turtleneck (bought + painted)
- Black footless tights (bought)
- Black shorts (already owned)
- Black + Blue wader style pants (hand made)
- Black + Blue short sleeved hoodie (hand made)
- Black + Blue fingerless gloves (hand made)
- Black + Blue stylized boots (hand painted)
- Dual "Identity Discs" (hand painted)

In order to make the costume glow, everything was hand painted with fabric paint, then a mixture of clear-coat lacquer spray paint, blue FW ink, and glow powder. View my shoddy attempt at a tutorial here: [link]

The hand made clothing is made of cheap black quilter's cotton, and the blue straps/inner hood are made of a thin white bottom weight fabric (which was then dyed blue and painted).

The Identity Discs are two stove pipe covers from Home Depot that were hand painted, then covered with a coat of plastic U-GLO resin to protect it from chipping.

The wig was purchased on ebay from Mildgreentea/Southpanda ( [link] ), and painstakingly styled a number of times until I finally got it right. (it's normally a light blond/auburn, but I tinted it darker)

The wig took several months because I kept putting it off, then coming back to it weeks later. Here's a video of it: [link]

The rest of the outfit took around 3-4 weeks to make.

I designed the patterns with Sora's KHII default outfit in mind, and added/subtracted/altered to fit the Tron: Legacy theme of wires and nodes. If you look closely, you'll notice that the nodes on the sleeves are incomplete, making the design look more like a keyhole. Then, when the hood is turned up, you can see that the nodes on the back of the jacket form a crown. The diagonal nodes on the pockets are reminiscent of the straps that lay across them in his default outfit, as are the patterns on the gloves (the nodes there are rivets, btw). Finally, the front detail is similar to the trim and pockets on the front of his hoodie.

If you'd like to draw fan art or use the character design in a story, please feel free to as long as you give me credit for the design/concept and link it to me so I can see/read it.

Please don't steal the design for cosplay, though, since I worked really hard on my original design, and would like to keep it unique. Cosplaying your own version of Tron!Sora would be much more meaningful as well, don't you think?
