Hi there,
I wasn't very active in the last weeks on DA since I felt kinda demotivated and down and had much other stuff to deal with.
But for such situations, I have a few artworks in stock. ^^

This is a little Series I have planned for in between.
It won't be a big, long or very detailed Series, but I've wanted a series dedicated to my OC Kobaltina for a long time.

So I hope you like it anyways.^^

Part 2: Kobaltinas sinking series part 2

========== Story ==========

Kobaltina was wandering in a part of the Wet Meadows, close to the plain of Triton.
She was on a quest to follow a trail of dark magic leading out of the nearby Tri-Village.
The Council of Elders was concerned and assigned Kobaltina, who had a very keen sense of magic, as a scout on the mission to follow the trail and find out what the origin of the dark magic was.

"It's probably just some darkened animals and nothing more. I just hope it has nothing to do with the Zealots or the Burnt's."

She looked up. The sky was still very much covered with dark clouds, as it had recently rained.

So she made her way through the Wet Meadows area, which was covered with small bushes .

"However, these might not have that many hiding places anyway. There's nothing but bushes here. No trees to protect one . Should be easy to find something."
At least that's what Kobaltina thought. Because of the rain, the trail was faint.
And when she couldn't track anything further and looked around, she found she had no idea where she was currently in the area.

"Oh great! Why does everything have to look the same here? Not a tree far and wide to use as a landmark. Now where exactly was the magic trail...?"
she ran a little faster through the bushes to find the trail again. But no matter how she searched, she couldn't find the trail again.

To make matters worse, she couldn't see the ground because of the dense bushes, which is why she suddenly landed hip-deep in tough, yellowish mud with a "splat".
"UUAaahhh!!! What the-. Oh great, why did it have to rain before! The ground is completely soggy here! I have to get out of here!"
Kobaltina wriggled and tried to free herself, but no matter how she tugged, the mud held her almost as tightly as viscous honey.

Even when she pressed her hands into the soft, creamy mud to push her hips out, it only resulted in her arms being stuck as well. Her expression turned panicky. "Oh shit! This is quicksand!"
