Side grumbling: Huh. It can't be "traditional" if it's a SWF file, eh? Would you have preferred the 131 MB file Flipbook spit out in all its wisdom?
So then I found out I have until next Thursday to finish this. Which means:
* this is a critquable WIP! 8D
* hopefully Benjy will get some actual animation.
* I can fix the little flaws and weird arcs.
* I can add inbetweens where I made the action way too fast.
So have at it! Tell me where you think I could improve, what you like that I have... whatever! I apologize for the really blurry image - My plan is to scan all the images in an actual scanner and compile 'em in Monkeyjam or something for the final version... so that you can actually read the facial expressions.

I'm glad you think so - I was a little worried (well no, not really... more like eager) to see the reaction to it - was it too old-looking? not stiff enough?
Still a weird headbobble happening in the middle of it, but that'll be fixed real soon.

I don't think it was old looking at all- the first part of the walk is good because it isn't too fast, and is ever-so-slightly halting, which is perfect because of his bad knee. And then when he sort of stomps off at the end is great too, because it shows grumpy-ness/annoyance. I can't wait to see it finished!

I think you should show this to , as seeing one of the coolest characters animated like that is awesome (for lack of a more appropriate word to describe my feelings).

Originally it was going to have Viktor run off while shooting the gun, but then I wondered "But who else is there to shoot at?"
This was much better. I still have my doubts that Viktor would leave without killing Benjy, but he definitely would demand the gun first. Actually... in this case he figures this guy is not even worth hiding the body. Just give him a little scare first.

That makes a lot of sense. Especially considering that Viktor seems to be more of a paws-on beast when it comes to close range situations. Sure he probably wouldn't keep him alive...but the cowering completely adds to the effect of Viktor on the average beast. 
Helping the fellow pull a Houdini later...
By the way, you definitely got a good hold on the Viktor-stalk.
