Fantastic sketch Batspid2 did for me that I coloured up!

Mobians in my worldbuilding take a lot after saiyans in dragon ball, they can achieve their super forms through rigorous training... Unless you're a werewolf like Dio. Most Mobians can only really powerup in exposure to sunlight (Good thing we're usually in space), so people like Barb has a "Sol Barb" form. Dio's different, he's got lycanthropy and powers up in exposure to full moonlight. But he achieves an entirely new form altogether during a solar/lunar eclipse...

He could PROBABLY fight Oda like this, but by golly, the times he can is few and far between!
