This is beautiful Toni! I absolutely love the maple leaves! I love the real dimension. Joey and I planted a Japanese maple our first summer married...

ours is still a baby too, not so red at the moment either, it's completely green

I think they turn more red as they age but in the fall the red shows through more and in the spring and winter the red kinda fades. They are a cool tree. And always make me think of Momiji-kun.
