Description
My version of the Qoi, Veqlargh, and Qaw class ships from STD.
I redesigned all three of those ships into one "Battlerider" style ship.
This ship carries 10 starships total.

This ship uses a ring-drive that was developed from a captured D'Kyr class Vulcan warship.
The Qoi-Veqlargh Qaw is a ship that is almost 100-years newer than the crown ship, and was built during the Klingon-Vulcan War (in my Star Trek Classic Universe that war took place in the 2170s).

A smaller version of this ship exists (and I will do a model for it when time permits) that was designed to fight the Vulcan Sh'Ran class. That is the Klingon Battleship (Federation Code classification of D13) which is basically a smaller version of this ship without the hangar bays and more weapons (in the side pod hullls).
Because the Vulcan ships were more advanced, the Klingons had to build ships that were larger than their Vulcan counterparts in order to compete with them.
The Vulcans inevitably won the war with the Klingons, but the Klingon Empire continued the use of these ships in service until the 4-years war (where the few of these ships that were left were destroyed, disabled, or severely damaged by the Federation fleet).

This ship was inspired by Martechi's Quatlh Battlecruiser.
