Say, do I really need a steam account to use the certain software + Dante/Nero model? Lately steam got a little strict with using "false/fake" accounts.

Well it's up to you really, if you want to torrent Garry's Mod it's truly your choice, there's no way I can stop you from doing that. I just tell people it's pointless, because if you torrent it you'll get a program that doesn't automatically update like the actual game legally bought. It's only 10 bucks, as Steam is free. I'm not sure if they got strick with fake/false accounts, I've never heard that before, but they made Steam more secure now(Besides the fact that people who go on the Steam forums since they recently just got hacked.) The only way to stay away from getting hacked is by not pressing links people send you that aren't even in your friends list, although if they're in your friends list still make sure it's them rather than a hacker. So yea you'll need to download Steam, buy Garry's Mod(Your choice if you want an updated game), and the Dante/Nero models are free.
(One last thing in order to get them you'll need Garry's Mod on your account and you'll have to sign into garrysmod.org to download the models from it. If you don't have the actual game it won't let you on.)

I'm not really interested in torrenting anything for it's unfair in any way. And around 40 - 50 bucks (all in all) aren't too much.
The thing is I don't like steam. xD The servers in germany really are strict. The account my boyfriend has makes nothing but trouble lately. Once they deleted a bought game because they thought he downloaded it illegally with another account? o_O
Soooo, yes, I'm not very impressed by them. xD
What I mean with "other solution" was more like another program than steam. Is here something garry programmed? Or is steam the only thing being able to made renderings from garry's Dante and Nero?

Hmmm....that doesn't seem right...Heh it's not even possible to transfer games to other accounts unless having a gift code. Well Garry's Mod is a game, so yea he only made it for steam, so really the only best way is torrenting heh, but yea it's just a game made for posing ragdolls and other things. All of the models are free on www.garrysmod.org and facepunch.com .

Just got garry's mod from steam yesterday. Unfortunately it seems is has some nice error garry himself has to fix. I hope this will be done quickly. xD
Another question I have: is it true that I need at least one another source engine game like HL or Counter Strike : Source? If so, would Portal do it as well?
I know: many, many questions but it took me quite a while to find out there is a game needed for "prepared" models.
(Yeah, I should have read garry's site more carefully in the first place. xD)

Well if you want you can buy another game like Portal, CSS, and many others, but if it says for a certain game for it to work then you could buy that game, but you won't need to buy any other game after you bought the one that's required like Half life 2 I think I'm not sure. Once you've got that game and you seem to want like all of the other games content I can send you the files to you that you can open up with a program called GCFScape [link]
It opens up those files and has all of its content(You only need Materials and Models for the content) and you can extract it to garrysmod directory and you'll have them ingame in the browse function in garrysmod. You can also use Left 4 Dead 1/2 content as well. Team Fortress 2 content is already on there for free, although I think it still takes a tiny bit to load each model since you don't have the actual game, but it doesn't ruin anything.

I got myself TF 2 and it works perfectly fine. Only thing is I have some problems with the DMC props now. I do exactly what the description on Dantes model says... but somehow Dante's lost in the void. xD
Can you tell me your path from "my computer" on to Dante and Nero? I've searched for it in some forums but somehow "nothing" seems to work. xD

You don't bother me at all 
My path for the garrysmod directory is:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(Your username)\garrysmod\garrysmod
Now did you drag and drop the files into the garrysmod directory and let it overwright? If so with both of the models then you can find Dante in the browse tab in Garry's Mod when pressing Q. I'll try making a video to help you out

Hmmm, the description told me to drag the Dante model in garrysmod/garrysmod/models/player - there put in slow. Thing is, there are two folders of Dante - one is material, one is models. However I never had a "models" folder in the "garrysmod" folder. xD
Somehow I write it way more complicate than it ought be. xD

Well that's ok, just allow the folder to be there, or make a new folder called models and let the other models folder merge with that one. I'll upload 2 parts for videos, one is just me talking about the file types you need to know and where they should go, as the next one will be in the game showing you some things you'd need to know.
And sure I won't mind a drawing heh, although I'd have to think a bit on what I'd like heh
