I love how symbolic this is! From my perspective, it seems that people value Miku as nothing more than a program, using her to make songs which don't give people a view on who she really is.Β Her real self is forced to be locked up "inside" of her own mind, causing her to slowly corrupt and lose herself, becoming the program everyone thinks she is. Just my perspective though XD
