These are the correct information related to nationality and age ^^
I would like to specify that the year in which the action takes place is 2238. (btw Viper was born in 1887, but he looks like a 24 years old person)

fun fact: all three suffered a terrible accident that changed their lives:
If you read “Who are these ‘Hunters’.” you already knew that Viper at the age of 24 was seriously injured in an explosion.
Also if you read Smoke’s chapter you already knew that Smoke was trapped under the ruins of the building where a crane fell due to an explosion, leaving him unconscious for 3 days, which caused amnesia, and then, the birth of Deadshot.
And about Phantom, well yeah it involves an explosion~ but no one knows that ~the.. thing~ cannot be repaired. Smoke and Viper think he’s fine now. The alloy from which he is built is rare.. also, only one person knows how to repair him ( his father…. and Phantom can’t talk with him… he can’t.. not now..), besides the engineers from the place where he was created, but he will never return there.
