One question, why did they keep Kairi alive and kill off Axel? Makes no sense...

Because Kairi, no matter how many people seem to hate her, is Sora's love interest and a very important character even without that trait. :l
And Axel is back as Lea in Dream Drop Distance anyway. This is made obvious in just about every trailer. =n=

Sorta reminds me of the time in KHFM, when Xemnas fought Sora. Xemnas phased through Sora and Sora had the same expression as Roxas had and ended up falling on his butt.
