Here we go, folks!
I initially planned on digitally colouring the pages, but then changed my mind while colouring. So this'll be 100% handwork, at least for now. Until I change my mind again, mebbes!
The story follows closely - but with minor changes - the fanfiction "Twisted Metal, Contorted Nature" I penned some years ago. It was actually almost fun, re-vising the story and trying to mature it up a bit, which meant cutting a lot of cheese and fluff and removing some tired tropes. Hopefully the outcome is at least slightly less cringeworthy than the original piece!

OMG! This looks so good! You have no idea how much I treasure this story, and I almost jumped out of my chair when I saw this among all the goodies in my watch folder, like IS THIS FOR REAL?????? Are you going to do the whole story? I must know so I can die at once, bc that's too good to be true ;__; Also, this is so well-done, it's not only the sentimental value this story has for me, but the ART is so GOOD. The composition, the colours, the characters' fighting stance, and Terra! Holding that sword at the ready! And running straight to the enemy! ANd Kefka's detailed feathers and that powerful gaze! GDI, I'm so happy right now!

Yeah, I have a monstrous-sized script ready for the whole story. I only add 2-3 unscripted pages here and there to fit in and explain a last-moment change I made into it. I only wish I had more time to sit down by my drawing board.
