Personality:
Lacking embarrassment, he usually does things on his own accord (i.e. peering at his neighbor's business in the restroom). Stuff like picking his nose in public does not bother him at all. If people were to tell him how embarrassing it is, he would just shrug it off and continue to dig. Regarding physical contact, he does not feel stirred or bothered. This, however does not mean he won't question said contact.

Dimitri is normally not violent. He does his job with extreme precision (might pick his nose if he feels like it but otherwise, extreme precision). In contrast, when he is not on the job, he is the exact opposite-- a lazy bum.

His facial expression does not match his actions. A study-stoic expression might be on his face, but look away once and he probably has his finger up his nose.

Likes:
-Things that are exciting (namely baseball which has been dead for years now)

-Big Russian hats. He says the weight on his head feels like home.

-Cold Weather

-His collection of baseball recordings from 20th century America and Japanese High School Baseball Championships, Koshien.

-To cover his body-- unless it's time to sleep, then he strips to an underwear.

Dislikes:
-Nagging women (mothers to be exact).

-He doesn't have much to dislike. As long as people don't try to pick a fight with him, he's good.

-He doesn't like humans but he doesn't hate them (mainly because he is fascinated with how such corrupted minds could create something like baseball)

Backstory:
The first time Dimitri awakened, a member of the squad which were in charge of his model left a baseball recording on play. "SAAAAFFEEEEE!!!!" became the first word he had heard.
When the staff came to check on the functioning Dimitri, he kept repeating, "saaaafe.... saaaafe." (this event is what later triggers his interest in baseball)

As for the engineering purposes of Dimitri's design, W.E.I. wanted to create a stoic, matured young-adult male to better gain the trust of trade and government. However, the complex measures that the organization spent on his features failed as his lack of feeling embarrassment played a saddening role in frontal business. Even with a mature air and maturity in speech, Dimitri's simple tendencies of picking his nose angered clients and thought they were being ridiculed. Much more, they questioned his cleanliness.

The organization then gave Dimitri "Mothers-Rehab" which forced him to watch mothers nagging on children for lack of manners. Before breakfast, and after dinner, the same video is repeated.
In a month's time, they broke into Dimitri and he ceased to pick his nose in front of his clients. (Though it would be wise to note that he is only disciplined in front of clients, and sometimes he almost has to fight himself to prevent nose picking.)

Additional:

-He is immuned to pranks that require an embarrassing ending.

-Tattoo is at his lower back.

-His eyes are grey. Brown eyebrows. Bleach blond hair.

-His fascination in baseball inspired the squad to provide Dimitri a futuristic twist to old fashioned uniforms. (His bat included)

-Those are GLOVES. (LOL)
