I'm gonna play smartass now, but 1ccing PCB goes pretty much like this:
1)The general way to beat any touhou game is to practice the first three stages until you can do them perfectly. After that, you practice the fourth stage until you get to some more acceptable losses, then the fifth, and then nuke the 6th stage boss into the oblivion.
2)Specifically for PCB, Prismavers are the only part that requies any real getting used to and drilling. After you to do the long and actually a bit tiring, patternish stage, Prismvers are mostly simple cards and pure dodge - but you should be able to bomb through them even if they give you some awful problems. It' also vital to take care to gather ALL the points in stage 4, since it makes the difference of having or not having two more lives on Yuyuko.
3)Youmu is a gimmick boss. You need to understand how the cards work, then it's easy. The slowdown is there for you to abuse it, it would be way harder without it, but you need to get the timing right, then it will be easier to slip through the wawe when it's slowed down.
4)Yuyuko is a troll boss. Her cards are like Youmu's and Prismvers combined, just when you think you have gotten the pattern down, you get hit where you should have dodged a random bullet. You have every right to bomb EVERYTHING multiple times the first several times around. Her real weakness is that apart from the dodge, all her attacks, except for the KNIVES HOW DO THEY WORK noncard and Ressurection Butterfly, are centered around your position, therefore, you can manipulate them and even outright stream some of them.
