Okay...so now that Fai-chan is done trying to kill meh...I'll call my first attempt with this new cging style..a failure >.> i'm not happy about much of this at all...but hopefully my second attempt will be better? saa...I was amazed I got this doen today caue the first parts of it took meh so long..but I had a very interesting day (i suggest checking my LJ to read about it) and i've been disracted cause of it...but, here he is done and slightly less maniacl looking XD im going to back to coloring my cow now...

I love the way his clothing and staff look - awesome job on them. However, the face - especially the eyes - still looks off to me. That and the hair. Not quite sure what it is about them, but they still look a bit too washed out (and his eyes are standing out a bit too much). Very nice attempt at a new style, though. I know this took you a long time, too.

I'd say changing the background a bit because it is hard to notice his hair or the hair takes away from his skin (sorry I'm in art class creticing mode) I liwk htwe sahading style I could barely tell it was yours.

the shading style isnt actually any different from my usual..O.o but i suck at coming up with bgs..XD it worked so much better in my head

I traced all the lines with their significant colors using the pen tool..XD took forever! and then I made the old layer (which i always multiply and duplicate) disppear X3

It might of helped if you made the lines for the eyes darker so they stood out a bit better? I like how some of the wrinkles look a lot. Like the one on his sleeve. And I also posted an lj entry bout todayXD
