Then don't say anything at all. This person's galley is mostly religiously based, so how could you be disappointed? I don't agree with tons of art, but I don't just leave negative messages because I don't share the same belief. If you don't have anything constructive to say about the art, don't say anything at all. Let this person be joyful and beautiful in their spirituality. Make your own art if you disagree with theirs.

bad ideas are deserving of ridicule. If someone doesn't understand how their ideas are bad and put them into action do you blame the person or the people around them for not giving them the help they need.

Its sad that so many people try to go with the fluffy bunny parts of the bible but ignore the swaths of evil by anyone's standard but then they will still try to justify the slavery, genocides, massacres, thievery, infanticide, abuse in both physical and mental aspects. It's little wonder why Dan Barker went from an evangelical preacher to atheist and 1st Ammendment defender and wrote the book that expanded the Richard Dawkins quote on how the god of the bible is the most unpleasant character of all fiction.

Dude, I don't want to get in a gross political/religious debate. All I'm saying is why comment something negative about a person's beliefs instead of saying something constructive about the beautiful painting. This is artwork. You don't have to agree with it, but just saying 'I'm disappointed' doesn't help anyone and it definitely won't convert the artist to athiesm when you insult him. It just makes the artist feel bad, when they shouldn't, because this is a gorgeous illustration. Save your hateful intolerance of different opinions, and if you have nothing nice to say then don't say it at all.
Read what I said again because you didn't even address it. Be an adult. 
What if I commented on a painting of Muhammad, a beautiful portrait with a nice verse from the Quran, and just said 'im disappointed' 'uh,,,,something something violence in the quran...RICHARD DAWKINS'
It doesn't help anybody. This is not debate. This is art. If everything pertaining to religion makes you so immature and hateful, I wonder how you live in a world with what, 4 billion people belonging in an organized religion? Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Christians?
To this person, Christ is their savior and the one they love the most. So why say something so close-minded instead of respecting them?

TL;DR: This is not a forum posts asking why you hate Christian artwork. This is just a pretty digital painting. Your hateful opinion is not warranted and even though you have every right legally to say what you said, it doesn't change anything or anyone. I feel even more agnostic dealing with bigots like you.

Honestly I believe you are reaching too far, especially with the bigot comment. As I said, bad ideas deserve criticism and most of religion is bad ideas. At the same time I've pointed out to others that a quote about a subject doesn't matter where it comes from but about the subject in question. Religion adds a lot of baggage that is not needed and hurts people

how are you now? i havent seen your page for so long.

btw, hm.. this is an old message, im sorry, ive just read it just now. but i'll try to answer it.
this will go from the start, sykosan. as far as i know, God created us, human, is basically a weak creature. that's why He forbid human to eat the fruit of knowledge. because when they eat it and know the knowledge of good and evil they surely cannot resist to do the evil things.
as for me.. what was bothering me is: why He still put human beside the knowledge fruit tree even though He knew that they will eat it anyway?
hm... the answer i've got is like this: i think He always had a better backup plan against the devil. He knew the devil will make human eat those fruit, and He planned the sacrifice of Himself long before the devil knew about it. so if the devil want to seperate and throw human far from God, God himself has a planned to get them back more closely to Him.
this is as far as i knew right now. there still many questions inside my head but im sure He will answer me one by one at the right timing.

Hey man thanks for taking the time to reply.
It's good that you ask yourself questions about your religion. I encourage you to keep doing that.
You may also ask yourself, if your god created everything, why did he also create evil ?

Have you ever asked yourself who created god ?

One last question for yourself : who are you to say what god did, what god wants, or what he thinks? Surely if you believe in such a powerful god, it would be very pretentious to say that you know what he thinks.

first of all, (ive said this to you and ill said it again), actually its start from the very base: do we want to believe Him or not? if you don't want to believe then even though i can answer all of your questions your believing will not grow in the slightest and you will still try to find whatever mistake i've made. but.. if you have a little desire to believe, then my answer can help you answering your question about Him. i will try to answer your questions because i really hope on the second guess: that deep inside your heart you still want to believe in Him.

eh? no..no.. im not asking my religion, im asking my God. i have many questions about many things but im not doubting Him, because He always answer my question one by one at the perfect timing.
about the creations, He create every one of it without any bad intention, you said He create the devil? i dont think so, as far as i know He actually create one beautiful figure: Luciel who's job is to glorified God. but its the Luciel himself who became bad.
thats the same with human. hm... i will take a sample first: when you see a shark kill and eat it's friend, can you said that the shark made a sin? you cannot, because the shark don't know what he's doing, that's the same with human, the first time God create us, we destined to stay with Him because we don't know what's wrong or right and He wont need to punish us. but at that time when human eat that fruit of knowledge, then we know whats wrong whats right and we cannot stop ourself from doing it. and He has a rule that whoever do sin must be punished. but He has the backup amazing plan, that He will bear the burden of ours, sacrifice Himself so He buy us and we can come back to Him and no need for Him to punish us, thats why whoever don't believe in His sacrifice cannot get the salvation.
now can you understand it a little about His intention that He has the very powerful reason to ask us to believe in Jesus?  please sykosan, believe it...

now.. about who am i who understand what God thinks? yeah, im actually not worthy enough to understand Him who is so great. but He left the history about Him through bible, He let Himself found by me and He gave me His grace: what i always experienced is when i ask about something He always answered me, sometimes He said its not the time for the answer, sometimes He told me the answer. but that always happen that He answer me, how can i not slowly understand Him if we often talk to each other? surely its not every time i understand Him, im too far away from Him. but He gave me understanding about anything one by one.

He doesn't make us weak. We made us weak ourselves. Since the first sin, everyone chooses the same at the beginning of one's life.
That's why God could replace us. But He doesn't, and -that- is because of His love for us.
