REALLY!!??
your lineart is SOOOOO GOOD!!
I thought it was Digitally done!! o_0
How can your inking be so clean and smooth and nice!!??

Is it? O_o Well, thanks a lot!!
I do it with Rotrings (here is a picture of it: [link] ), I do a simple line on my sketch, erase the sketch when I'm done and work some more on the lineart, still with Rotrings.
To tell you the truth, I only used digital lineart once (for my 500 hits picture), but I didn't like it, nor did I hate it. How to say it.... it wasn't "my" lineart.. That's why I'll have to train hard!! XD (but I have so little time right now...)

hmm i tried this but i cannot seem to get the stroke path option to be available when i right click....
Let me explain that better since it might not make sense... Okay i do the pen tool thing and i draw out all the lines that i want and all of that.... but when i right click to set the stroke path it is unavailable.... and i cannot figure out why.
Also as i am drawign out the lines a bigger black line connects them all... If you could help me figure out what i am doing wrong it would be immensly appreciated

oooh. hello
I'm not really sure what you're doing wrong...
but then it might be because you are using a different photoshop version.
Sorry I didn't mention, but the tutorial is for photoshop 0.7
or maybe because..
are you right clicking on the lines you've created?
are you right clicking with one of the pentools?
Did you set up the brush size and colour?
I thinkthis is what I can tell you so far...
if you did the things above and it still doesn't work.... note me again.
Maybe I'll have a better answer next time ^^

I have the smallest Intuos 3, it cost $200. I bought it with a tax refund. There's a learning curve, but I felt the same pretty much when
I started MS Paint. Go take a look in my gallery if you want. I tend to add detail, it takes time, but it's satisfying Lately, I've been wanting
to do more hence the tablet which has Photoshop and Corel Draw.

Yea, I got an A5 size Wacom tablet, it definately takes some time to get used to, I'm almost as productive with it as I am with a mouse now but ah well, everything new takes time to learn I guess
