Made a poll a while ago and got a lot of people asking me to make a tutoral. This is a crappy quick thing i whipped up on whim while i was drawing my chibi Miku lol so im sorry if it sucks XDIll make a proper tutorial soon > u <

How exactly do you get thicker boundaries? I did everything but my outline around my object was very thin, and is it always white?

I dont understand what you mean by thinker boundaries. You make the outline thicker by going to selection and clicking increment until the out line is as thick as you want (it says this in the tutourial lol) and no you just have to fill it with a different color

Does this also work with scanned art, or does it have to be drawn on the computer? If i use my scanned Images, i'm unable to colour it, because i'm either drawing over my outlines or under the white background. Could anyone help me? I use Photoshop elements 9.

Um if you set the lineart layer to multiply you should be able to color under it

It won't work. I pressed ctrl A, it selected, Then ctrl T and enter but it wouldn't have the outline outside it D:

I did the base colours,clipped the layers above them, shaded like you said then merged them all down into one, and did the select thing. its not working D:
