Hmmm. I don't feel like looking it up; I wonder what reference you're making-(not much of a bible person..) the crucifix makes it feel like this weird circular end of the world gone back to eden- that in the crucifixtion (sp? hah) humanity could go back and rebuild; the water pouring out of the hills makes me think of noah, when they landed the arc...it's pleasant, soothing, and eerie...

This has SUCH a different feel stylistically from your other works...
An alienating, resigned CALM... Like eternity converged onto one "pinpoint" on the grand arc of time...
This feels VERY important, and much to much o control, and in some respects even to look at it.
I love it, and I'm not sure why.

Somewhere in this piece I can hear the cry of a pterodactil, the distant rumble of small falling rocks bouncing off of a mountain and the threat of something rustling in the grass behind me, and I know that dinosaurs exist here.
Very atmospheric, I love the mist, and the brightness of the grass and moss. It feels like the cool, misty morning of the hottest day of a heatwave. And you can feel that the two men in the picture have descovered somewhere new.
