Hell - this page is absolutely great.
Wonderful drawing of Byakuya and the angle is great.
Also UlquiorraΒ΄s face is great. But I would have preferred it when it would not have been shaded.
But I guess you had a reason for this and again,as a Manga dummy

Shading in a character helps to break up the pure black/white on the page, especially if there's no background present. It looks extremely plain otherwise.
