No, Aizen believes he stabbed Ulquiorra just above where the hole would be. It's hard to tell with the coat on...gotta love how Kubo played around with here he drew the thing. It's moved around like 4 times since Ulquiorra was introduced, but I always, ALWAYS draw it in the center of his chest.

The spot that he stabbed him is theoretically right above where Ulquiorra's hole used to be (going by the placement at the end of Ulquiorra's run in canon, being in the center of his chest instead of at his collar bone.) But...Aizen isn't aware that it's filled in yet...
