Tatsuki is wondering if Ichigo knew Isshin was a Shinigami, not if Isshin himself knew he had those powers. If Ichigo knew all along, it would've added a degree of depth to the already deep pool of anguish over how Masaki could have died the way she did.

Tatsuki definitely didn't get enough attention in the manga, kinda like Karin. They're both characters with a lot more potential. I'm glad you included her here
