Finished it just in time for the storm here to get really bad XD I'm super happy with this one! Don't think I've done anything quite this spiffy since my Redux Chapter 21 cover XD It's weird how you can spend so long drawing stuff, and every so often you just...resonate with a pic. This one's one of those ones. Hope you like it! I'm done sketching the rest of the chapter, too, so it's all downhill from here as I ink/color.Related content

Caught up! I'm looking forward to chapter 7 now. I can only wonder why Ren's face is so... hardened, for lack of a better word. That one flashback was a shocker!

She'll give little tidbits of info about how she ended up in that situation, but she won't say fully what happened until like Ch22 or something XD It should be pretty clear before then though.
Glad you like the chapters so far though! Ch7 should only be a week or so before I'm done with it. I have 8 pages left to ink and do base colors on, and shadows take like 2 seconds flat. This chapter is 34 pages long so it's taking a wee bit longer to finish.

Yeah, the first big chunk of what happened is brought out by Seth at the start of Ch7, but even he doesn't really know WHAT happened so much as what came after it. Then there'll be little tiny snippets of sass from Ren over the next chapter or two, then nothing for a while. It's definetly a slow-burning plot line lol, the repercussions of which simmer throughout all of Book 1.

Somewhere around Ch12 or 13. The cover represents the last time Seth heard from her before she disappeared. It'll make more sense when Ch7 goes online.
