Good day!
I really enjoy this artwork, and I think that it forwards the atmosphere perfectly! I myself almost could feel the frustration of the characters: their poses and facial expressions are drawn in a very good way. I especially liked the visual looks of Frigate Wyatt, I have no idea why, but I thoroughly enjoyed how his eyes are drawn - I think that the look he gives to Stella says it all. 
Also, I really like the outfit of Mr.Β von Nebelhorn, and the way how Stella's hair is drawn in this artwork.
