And one itty little (female?) Drifloom non-morph (How do you 'morph a balloon?) who is apparently Don Cornelius the 2nd's faithful if jittery assistant. Yes, That's what I'm calling him. The Drifloom is named Faraday.Based on Murkrow's new evolution who, to me, looked like he was wearing a fedora. The rest after that is pretty self-explanatory.
May scrap or even color this later on. Maybe.

I recall reading about that once, that Fuwante is formed from the ghost of a vengeful balloon that got popped or something?
