Superman beat Hulk in strength. Doomsday is stronger than Superman.
Doomsday will win, easy.

That oneΒ non-cannon comic doesn't count. And considering that was the Professor Hulk, who can't amp in power, that was able to give Superman a run for his money I highly doubt it.
In another the other non-cannon crossover comics involving the Hulk & Superman, they stalemated each other (with Savage Hulk knocking Pre-Crisis Superman out of orbit when not angry and Kal-El admitting that he's more powerful than anyone he's ever encountered). And those were of the classic Savage Hulk, who is nowhere near as formidable as the Gravage/Green Scar Hulk.
Hulk and Doomsday fighting will end when Hulk kills Doomsday. It will take time, depending on the damage inflicted for Doomsday to revive which will only result in Hulk and Doomsday fighting a never-ending battle that'll eventually level the planet, assuming Hulk doesn't simply toss him into space as he did to Fin Fang Foom first.
