Hm.. Thistleclaw became more angry and aggressive after Snowfur's death, so if Bluefur/star died instead, maybe he might not have persuaded Tigerclaw the way he did in the canon series, Snowfur would've most likely been with them at the time of the Tiny incident, which Thistleclaw most likely wouldn't have let/egged Tigerpaw to have attacked him in front of her- maybe preventing the event of the Darkest Hour entirely.
