Still the bartender and owner of The Black Pearl, a small bar in Inkopolis, the squid-dolphin hybrid’s vision has partially returned after so much time. However, his eyes are incredibly sensitive to light, requiring him to wear special goggles. This is also why the lighting in his bar is so dim.
He initially lost his sight from getting some of an octarian splat bomb to the face during the Great Turf War years ago. He was previously a member of the Sunfish Splatoon, a force given tasks primarily for either defense missions or distraction. Though no longer in combat, he does have designation over agents 27, Roxanne Lannister, and 36, Marcellus Valentine, usually giving them their assignments received from their respective branches.
