Percy, or as he’s known to the public, Fugu, an Octarian DJ. He’s have pufferfish, able to make his hair stand on end. He also happens to be Scyp’s younger cousin by two years but he’s actually taller. They act like siblings however. When DJing an event, he usually wears a fold in mask.
