Edward Silva, better know as Little Eddy, is a mix between a Humboldt squid and piranha and the leader of The Ashen, one of the bandit tribes within the splatlands. Despite losing his eye when usurping the previous leader, he doesn't show any slowing down. Wielding a hammer made of rebar and concrete while swinging it with ease, he rules without contention.

Due to his actions including murder, arson, terrorism, theft, cannibalism, and much more, he is at the top of Fyra's list and has fought both her and Hex repeatedly on attempts at his capture. This has resulted in him knowing just how she tastes, having bit a chunk from her shoulder before.
