Here I tried to draw an explosion for the first time in my life and I used some reference, but in the end I still wasn't quite satisfied with it. But you know what? That's okay. I'm here to learn and make it better the next time. c:
I also preferred this lineart version more than the actual finished drawing... And yes, I'm one of those artists who like their sketches more than the finished illustrations, at least most of the time. I really wonder why sometimes... Do you have an answer to that? I'd be more than interested to hear someone else's opinion.
