This upload will be updated when the look is completed! I made the goal of completing the design on the 12th, which I pretty much did! I did draw in some epic shoes, but accidentally deleted them by not saving. OOPS.
After assembling 5 pokemon-inspired Original Characters, four of which I designed myself, I felt the team needed a flying type, so I went ahead and looked up all the owl-inspired pokemon, eventually deciding on Dartrix. I read up on the characteristics of Rowlet's evolution line, and much of the description for Rowlet and Dartrix REALLY got me thinking of Batman, such as being able to attack without making a sound, and throwing projectiles in nonlinear trajectories. Naturally two lists forms, denoting similarities and differences to DC Comics' infamous Caped Crusader.

Physical description:
Trixie is a highly curvaceous 5'11" (178cm) tall black woman. She may look big and slow, but she is actually very stealthy and musclular under the bodily fat guise. She has no earlobes or true wings; flight is entirely emulated by her costume and favorable wind conditions. Her hair has two green frontal hair bangs that greatly swerve upwards and forwards before falling just past her chin. The rest of her hair forms shorter, less voluminous black bands which cover her earholes and make her head appear less human and more roundly owllike at the sides. Her eyes and face are very human, but with medium bright yellow irises which match a large owl's.
Her costume is a harness that allows her to steer her mantle's cape like a paraglider made of five long, flat fingers on each side. The cross straps of the harness go from her waist over each breast to the opposite shoulder and are covered in snap-buttoned leather pouches, containing common repairman's parts that she carries everywhere. The most commonly needed adjustable tools are inside the fanny bag she wears across her notably large stomach, as if it's supposed to prevent it from jiggling while she moves. Her overweight-seeming legs are always within snow white tight yoga pants, flaunting her wide figure at all times. Matching white gloves cover her working woman's (muscular) hands and wrists, and a white owl face mask slides forth out of the mantle's hood, between her green hair bangs and over her face, for when she is feeling very theatrical.
Less for show is the range of throwing dart pockets on the inside of her cape (two rows on each side). While she only uses them to stop and incapacitate criminals, the reason for having these stored in her wings is so she can draw and use them while 'flying' (which is honestly just very skilled fall gliding). The darts are metallic and are the same orange as her leather steeltoed and steelheeled work shoes.
A small green bow tie adorns her neck, serving no function but to keep her harness from sliding off her shoulders, which are padded with green down cushions.
