Description Site B was not meant to be a theme park, but a research station.
Ingen's main structure on Isla Nublar was populated by dinosaurs recreated in a laboratory under the supervision of doctor Henry Wu. Wu's animals were made exclusively for the park, with gaps in their genetic code filled up by frog DNA, making the cloning process faster and easier. However, these were not the only dinosaurs that Ingen's scientists were able to clone. Another geneticist, doctor Laura Sorkin, proposed to put together various chunks of DNA from the same species in order to reduce the gaps in the genetic code, that could be filled manually. Doctor Sorkin's suggestion was refused because it would have required too much time and money to be realized.
Besides, Hammond was fascinated by her intuition and, while focussing on Henry Wu's experiments, he also put up a team of geneticists on Site B, with the aim of cloning a dinosaur the way Laura Sorkin had imagined, without letting her know. She was already busy working on Isla Nublar, and knowing about a second island would have distracted her from her job.
By 1995, on Site B scientists had successfully already cloned 29 species of dinosaurs, pterosaurs and a mosasaur. These clones, mostly juveniles, were left alone on Isla Sorna after Hurricane Clarissa destroyed Ingen's structures unleashing the animals.

Although, I feel the male tyrannosaurus wouldn’t be as colourful as depicted here. As it would give away it’s position if it’s prey caught sight of the bright colours. Other than that, it’s still a good piece of art.

You've got a point, maybe I'll fix it sooner or later.
