I feel like I'm not very nice sometimes

I sometimes am paranoid about people on here and block them for no reason really,,,

or sometimes I can't comfort someone in the way they need it

so sorry guys, I really am trying my best <3

I think most of my problems just stem from internalizing a lot of my feelings
and setting unrealistic expectations for myself

I just need to remember that it's okay to take things slow and take breaks and depend on your friends and family for help
It's okay to be sad and talk about what you're feeling
