Description So you where told that monsters didn't exist and the forrest held no secrets. Last august I visited the National Redwood forrest in California and part in Oregon. A small hike took me down a trail with no others in sight. Just my mother and I. The troll is completly invisable walking south. But when you come north on the path its right there as if a silent protector in an ancient place. The world of fantasy and danger collides making you wonder when that tree troll is going to reach out and have a bite to eat. This is an actual Image with no doctoring. I was shocked they did not have some plaque telling about it. I would like to go back and see it again one day.

Wow, that's great. I'd love to stumble upon something like that. Maybe that's the way they all live forever and we just don't know

*chuckles* Its amazing. You can't see it but from that one angle. Its amazing that the state park has not made a plaque for it yet. If I could just find it again and tell them I would. Guess that means I need to go on vacation again. *giggles*

*laughs* It does sort of. I wish it had a trail head marker. It is the most awsome growth on a tree I've ever seen.

Honest there's no zipper. *giggles* It's late night and I'm a bit oddled in the head with sleep. Can you tell?

So strange how differnt things can look from certain angles. The only way to see the Troll is to stand South west of the tree. I'm thrilled to have come the right way on the trail for it.

for a moment there it did. Talk about unreal. Of all the paces for it to be was right in the heart of the Jeramiah Redwood forrest. *laughs* Thats just the kind of thing you expect to see in some horror movie. LOL. The tree's are alive!!! Their moving!! aaaaahhhh... We made the tree's mad! run everyone.

*giggles* I can't help but think of this tree troll as a gardian of the forrest. Call me weird. LOL. Just reminds me of some kind of gnome or Imp. LOL

We do Dungeons and Dragons round these parts - Orcs and Trolls and Direwolves, oh my!! Looks like something a DM might think up that comes to life when you get too close...
