i made it in photoshop. im afraid its not compatible with programs such as paint

Save this image. It will save as a .png file. Do NOT copy and past into SAI, it wont work like that.

Instead, after you open SAI, go to OPEN and when the box pops up for you to open a file in SAI, choose the saved .png image.
