I am a bit confused on the license. If I buy these I plan on using them for my petsite. Kind of like neopets. It is a free game with buy-able items. What kind of license would I need to buy?
I just plan on using the styles for logos, and banner graphics.

You amaze me all the time. I have no idea how you make them look so good all the time. I try to do something like what you do and it doesn't look at all what you have. I guess it's just lots of practice? I also don't get how you can get the textures to be so perfect o.o
