Anyway, I really hope this painting-under-pencil thing is working out! Because, yeah. It's going to happen a lot more.
Also that statue was a pain to paint in properly.
Also also I think I forgot what the rant was supposed to be originally.
Also also also I really hope I'm not assuming too much about the golems and statues in comparison to the city...
OKAY brief history time: I was rooting around for pictures of Istanbul [insert your own They Might Be Giants joke here], and the archtecture I remember being mentioned somewhere around the Vanity of Idols page. I'm pretty sure the statues there are quite different in design from Nia's. So... Yeah.
At the very least, Nero's right about them being placed there and possibly moveable.
PS proportion and consistency what is that?
