Description Draw/paint date: 20060101

That's me today, spending a quiet first day of new year alone; trying to think of new year's resolutions but couldn't quite reach there.. still thinking.

Btw the color/effect wasn't intended to be like this originally.
What happenned was I accidentally spilled the entire bottle of the orange/yellow ink onto my desk.
To salvage those espensive ink, I used a huge brush to wipe the desk and applied straight to this picture, hence the effect lol.

Anyway, Happy 2006 to all.

Hope it brings good health, good wealth, good fortunes, peace, and happiness

I haven't been able to think of any new years resolutions either! XD maybe that's just a sign that we're pretty content with our lives not to have anything pop up right away? or maybe not. XD And I'm sorry about your inks! The effect turned out great anyway. Let's make 2006 a good one, shall we?

Lol! Oh, trust me, I was going "lkdjflakjl #$%!!", and then had to quickly think positive and convert the sorry situation into something more desirable..... still, those ink were expensive! BUT I MUST DEFEAT THE BAD LUCK!! XD

it's kinda sad...reminds me of stayin up all night through morning by myself. the way it's framed with orange is really lovely too, those "happy accident" kinda things usually turn out the best I think :0 happy new year!

oh my that's pretty hot [it's only 20C & I already complaining about the weather here .. coz it's only winter, but summer it's gonna get extremely hotter]

lol, I admit it's quite fun to convert the "mistakes" into something desirable in pictures. (still, that ink was expensive!)
