Not exactly. While it is true that both Sqweeks and Luigi seem more brave than they appear and can be useful at certain times, Sqweeks is considered to be either ugly and annoying to some other bots. Also he's small and that's how he was able to get past the Decepticons in the final battle. So I'm probably thinking Toad is the perfect candidate for Sqweeks; they're both small, yet somewhat annoying (especially Toad). And if I were to cast Toad as Sqweeks, then I'm going to have to change Jazz's character to Funky Kong. I've been meaning to change Jazz's character for quite some time now, but never got around to it.

I think a better character for Bobbery would be Bulldog. Besides, Hound is more suitable for Wario. However Boshi could be Stinger if Yoshi is Bumblebee.

I agree with you with Boshi being Stinger. As for the rest I would have to disagree. It's true that both Hound and Grimlock are the Autobots' powerhouses, but the only difference is that one of them is lacking in intelligence. Same thing goes for Wario which is why he is perfect for Grimlock; they're both unintelligent and they're also hot-tempered. Also Grimlock has somewhat of a rivalry with Optimus Prime.Β

There's one problem with Grindor and Blackout. They are NOT the same. Blackout turns into an MH-53, Grindor turns into a CH-53.

I don't think those'll work, because the Wreckers are engineering geniuses as well as assholes. Especially assholes. Roy, Ike, and Robin'sΒ personalitiesΒ are more humble and noble.

I was thinking Villager could be Topspin, Dedede being Leadfoot, and, Little Mac as Roadbuster, Crump could be Nitro Zeus, Booster being Mohawk, Cactus King as Dreadbot, Rookie as Berserker, and Wart as Onslaught.

I left Nitro Zeus out of the list because I already knew who which character would be him, which was Lord Crump.
As for the Wreckers, I can see Dedede as Leadfoot, but I don't think that Villager is a right fit for Topspin. I guess Little Mac could be Roadbuster. Booster is great for Mohawk. I don't know who Cactus King is. Rookie is just Bowser with amnesia so he can't be Berserker. Besides, Berserker is what his name suggests, and anyone who is just as berserk as Berserker is would be perfect for him. And Wart makes a good Onslaught.

There are only three Viruses from Dr. Mario, The Infernocons consists of five individual robots. (Although there are six Infernocons that form Infernocus in the movie, I'm going by the toy version.)
