I eventually decided to not go to therapy, for one, I'm socially anxious and the thought of telling my problems to a stranger just made me more anxious; for two, I was afraid of being misunderstood; for three, my university's resources are fairly stretched and if I book a therapy session I'd probably wait a week at least; for four, talking to my friends, doing math, and hiding in the library in the middle of the nights, turned out to be therapeutic enough for me.
