Thanks for translation. I've tried to do the same using web dictionaries but found only 'illow' and 'güzel'... I've supposed that 'keyf' is to mean 'joy' or 'leasure' as we have similar word in Russian slang but the word 'ne' before it was too scare...

And you did really great job "ne" means "what" and "keyf" or "keyif" means joy and pleasure same thing in turkish... I've known someone Russian, her name is Irina (through my son who stayed in Yaroslav for 8 months to learn Russian). She told that we have similar words in Turkish and Russian. As far as I remember 'ne' is negative in Russian..
