amazing! almost 52 years of wall crawling and web-slinging. i am a huuuuuge spider-man fanboy (check my acutal DA-ID and you get an idea) and i thought it might be time for a proper piece, its been a while since i did my last spidey drawing and his birthday is right around the corner, so here you have it. did this for fun, and damn, it was fun! going to have this baby on my wall soon, at least in din a2.
there are three versions: clean artwork version, the "oldschool variant cover" (the lettering i grow up with) and the "modern" one.

Don't get me wrong I have absolutely nothing against gay people I myself am gay I am 100% lesbian since now it's legal to have the choice I am a bull Dyke with facial hair.

I just recently heard that the creator of Spider-Man wants to make Peter Parker gay and I don't understand why he wants everything to be so diversified why don't they just make a new gay character instead of trying to turn the male characters into gay characters.I am just really pissed off about that because now it's a beautiful redhead MJ is going to be written in as a lesbian only into girls(not bisexual because that would mean the support of a male and they don't want that) but just so little girls who adore these comic book superheroes can be comfortable with the idea.

I love how "normal" this is. I can just imagine spider-man on line to pick up some donuts. Also the donuts on his lap are making me nervous, someone is about to get a chocolate glazed to the face.

closer to the phrase "your friendly neightbor", to give him
that "could happen all the time, you just have to be there
to see it" feeling.

Thanks! totally bought one. Β I love the fabric of his suit, the donuts balancing on his leg and the ones hes webbed to the wall, its just really real and cool and offers a great unique perspective that only spidey gets to have. Β

I really like how New York isn't all glassy skyscrapers; there's still some made of stone and other materials that still remained standing and how some of the city was reflected on the lenses of his mask. The web-shooter (?) almost looked the bracelet-like thing from the Japanese movie of him. And I'm curious aboutΒ 3 things: 1. What was he eating exactly? It looked like donuts, a smoothie or milkshake, and something resting on a napkin, 2. Is Spidey actually a comic fan himself? I heard that he is, but I'm not sure, and 3. about his birthday, does he have an actual birthdate? Or is it based on the date of his appearance? Because I'm not sure if he (or other characters) have actual birthdays...

old buildings, fitting the old design of spider-man and the
old (first) comicbook he's reading. glad you recognized it!
the web-shooter isn't the shooter it'self, it's the ammo-packs
visible. the japanese movie copied the original design from the
us-series (hammond spider-man), i always liked the idea, that
these are actually handmade, unprofessional and more clunky
then the "invisible" hightech-stuff we see (or to be more precise:
we don't see anymore) today in modern spidey-designs.
1. donuts, good old donuts with a strawberry milkshake. the
"something" on the napkin is another donut (two in fact).
2. ofc!
3. for me his birthday is when amazing fantasy 15 came out.
(it's based on the date of his first appearance, yeah)

Ramos is ok! His style actually lends itself quiet well to spiderman (it actually makes alot of sense). But like you, i also have some qualms about his style. Its a bit too stylized in the face sometimes. That doesn't take away from his accomplishments. Love him for helping bring Silk into the world.
