I use Paint Tool SAI, It has very good response,
I feel different when I draw with Photoshop, especially if you use mouse to draw, you must feel it.

Paint Tool SAI has many tools, I just use LineArt first to clean my sketch, then just fill it with paint bucket,,

hoo..saya baru kenal sai pas uda beli tablet sih. Dulu pernah cb gambar pk mouse..di fotoshop..tp hasilnya koplak 
terus br2 ini ktm temen yng punya kenalan jual tablet yg lumayan murah..dan stelah beli tablet, br nginstal sai. dn mulai gambar dgital lg
tp kalo km pke mouse aj uda begini, klo pny tablet uda bs debut pro km..minimal se-oom danny lah...

Sama aku juga baru pake SAI, baru 3 minggu ini kok. spektakuler ternyata, Tapi masih banyak yang bingung di SAI , tools nya ama brushnya ada setingannya sediri-sendiri, detail banget. Bingung nggunainnya

My favourite artist "Toshiaki Takayama" said, "First, coloring the background, then coloring the character,". That technique works to me
