WHat I would kill for that thoose fuckning fly/Bug typs can finaly learn fly. You are not a flying typ pokemon in my eyes when you canot learn fly(One of my standard attacks and one of the HM attacks who are actually usefull in battle)

If you compare the size of Pidgey and Butterfree, you definitely will see that Butterfree is more higher but cannot learn Fly but a Pidgey do.

lol seriously I have 2 Gyradoes and they both are part water part FLYING TYPE?! but they don't have wings >.<

(One thing I wish pokemon games did in the games that they did in the anime was have us actually ride our pokemon as sprites when we cross water) like how in the pokemon movies Ash actaully rode one of his pokemon across the water

Pokemon, or even some real-life animals and fantasy creatures, doesn't need to have wings to be able to fly or levitate off the ground. (Rayquaza, being one example, Shaymin Sky-forme being another)
Gyarados is probably part-Flying because it's based off the Chinese Dragon or Sea Serpent with a legend built behind it. Some Pokemon might not make sense at first, but when you learn what inspired their designs, it actually starts to.

I wish that pokemon in games could learn more attacks then four.
